Paprika Paneer Pasta Bake

INGREDIENTS

  • 400-500g of Paprika Paneer

  • 2 cups of Penne Pasta

  • 1 small Courgette - grated

  • 500g Leggos Pasta Bake sauce

  • Tasty cheese (desired amount) - to top

  • Fresh Herbs - to top

Method

In a pan with oil fry the paprika paneer until cooked and golden.

Cook & drain the pasta.

Combine the paprika paneer, pasta, courgette and sauce all together in an oven dish.

Then top with tasty cheese and herbs of choice.

Cover with tinfoil or a lid and place in to the oven for 20 minutes on 180 degrees.
