Paprika Paneer Pizza

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/4 cup of flour

  • 1 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder

  • Little bit of salt

  • 2 tablespoons of oil

  • 1/2 cup of milk

METHOD

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C.

Combine the flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl, mix it together and make a hole in the center. Pour in the hole the oil and milk. Mix it with a fork so every ingredient combines. Then kneed with clean hands to firm dough (add either more milk, oil or flour to the dough if needed). Roll the dough out into desired shape and thickness.

Add tomato paste to the pizza base and top pizza with your favourite toppings. Sprinkle cheese on top to complete.

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees C and for about 15 minutes. Then at 5-10 minutes on 180 degrees C (depending on your oven).
