    From paddock to plate is an accurate description of how things work at Good Guise. By using non-standardised whole milk we retain the original protein found in the milk and that’s why our paneer is so high in protein. This makes it a good option for our vegatarian friends!

    We take pride in handling our milk with care. Our milk goes straight from farm to factory, this helps to keep the integrity of the milk as we skip the homogenization process and avoid using high-pressure pumps. Plus, we don’t use any additives, preservatives or whiteners to make sure our customers are getting the best possible cheese!

    Looking for an alternative to traditional white meat or tofu? Paneer is your new go to! It soaks up flavour and holds its shape no matter what you may throw at it. Even when reheating paneer it still stays just as soft as the first time! Or choose our Queso Fresco which is a perfect finishing touch to any dish.
